The world's leading trade fair for the process industry: Eirich shows off its latest innovative solutions at Achema
Experts from the process industry will be coming together from June 10-14 in Frankfurt, when the city will once again become the focal point of the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. Achema will be formally opened by Robert Habeck, German Federal Minister for Economic Affairs, and will offer the familiar unique spectrum of exciting topics and innovations for experts and an interested audience from all around the world. From its stand at booth C86 in hall 5.0, Eirich – the expert in mixing and preparation technology – will be demonstrating a wide range of different solutions, among other things in the field of electrode production and in other areas where the risk of contamination must be avoided at all costs.
Hardheim, April 2024: Eirich has been a global leader in mixing and preparation technology for over 160 years. At the upcoming Achema trade fair, the company will prove once again that tradition and innovation are an unbeatable combination. Whether in the digitalization of production processes or intelligent networking of production systems, new technologies are helping to boost efficiency and make sure that the industry is fit for the future. “We are delighted that it is time for Achema again. This year, visitors to the trade fair will benefit particularly from our extensive portfolio and the wide range of potential applications for our products and solutions,” explains Jan Malik, Sales Manager at Eirich.
Broad portfolio: from digitalization to environmental protection
Eirich makes the first step into the world of digitalization much easier, offering solutions for systems with an integrated control concept for the entire system, data analysis during ongoing operation, and secure handling of collected data. Smart solutions based, among other things, on AI and e.g. optical inline product analysis enable autonomous analysis and intelligent control of a line.
The major challenges of the 21st century, such as climate protection and responsible use of resources, are also core topics for Eirich. The long-established company regards the energy and technology transformation currently taking place as an opportunity and offers a wide range of solutions to help companies on the path to a climate-neutral future. To justify the tag “leading,” mixing technology needs to focus on efficiency and energy savings, and the team of developers at Eirich is constantly working to optimize products and processes.
Storage technology identified as an industry of the future
Europe is becoming ever more important as a destination for battery production. To compete with manufacturers in Asia, it is vital that companies develop their own solutions and technologies and reduce dependencies. With the need to reduce CO2 footprints and the currently high energy costs, maximizing the efficiency of domestic cell production is crucial. Eirich will be exhibiting new technologies in this area for optimized production of wet to dry electrode mixtures.
CleanLine – for contamination-sensitive applications where absolute cleanliness is essential
At Achema, the hidden champion from Hardheim in Germany will be showing the specialist audiences its diverse range of mixing technology, which is relevant for many different industries, and the company will also be presenting innovative ways in which the technology can be used. With CleanLine C5, Eirich will be exhibiting a machine that meets the exacting standards of laboratories in the food and chemical industries for applications in which good hygiene and avoidance of contamination are vital.
The mixer can be used to run through multiple separate process steps – either one after the other or overlapping. It is regarded as a processing multitalent for product development and small-scale production.
Process technology comes in many shapes and sizes – a diversity matched by Eirich
At the 34th Achema, the question on everyone’s lips is how the process industry can position itself successfully in a world that is currently undergoing a transformation. “Eirich will be on hand to assist as a partner who can offer highly efficient and innovative solutions based on our deep level of expert knowledge in the field of process engineering. Our process engineering portfolio shows what can be done already today in the field of mixing and preparation technology. We are really looking forward to some exciting conversations and creative ideas that will hopefully be sparked by our exchanges with industry partners,” says Jan Malik about the company’s appearance at the trade fair.
The industry’s leading trade fair will take place from June 10-14 in Frankfurt. The Eirich trade fair stand can be found in hall 5.0 at booth C86.
