2. Which of my data will be processed?

We process personal data that we receive from you when you use the website.

3. For what purposes, and on what legal basis do we process your data?

We process your personal data to fulfil contractual or pre-contractual obligations in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1b GDPR as part of the selection process for initiating an employment relationship. If you have given us permission to process your personal data for certain purposes, this permission is also the legal basis for data processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1a GDPR.

4. Who will receive my data (recipient)?

Within our company, access to your data is granted to those who need it to fulfil the above-mentioned purpose (e.g. personnel department). This also applies to other companies of the corporate group, and to service providers and vicarious agents employed by us. Personal data will only be transmitted by us to third parties if this is necessary for the aforementioned purposes, if we are legally obliged to do so, or if you have given your prior consent.

A use of the website is basically possible without any indication of personal data. However, if a data subject wishes to make use of special services (contact form, career portal) of our company via our website, it may be necessary to process personal data.
