State-of-the-art technology for machines and systems from laboratory size up to production scale allows, combined with comprehensive process data acquisition and analyzing methods, flexible and versatile testing to corroborate feasibility studies as well as scale-up tests. The extensive data base acquired this way, together with the longstanding experience our staff has gained in tests and commissioning operations, permits the safe and reliable layout of machines and systems.
As one of the leading mixer manufacturers, Eirich have maintained for decades a close co-operating partnership with universities and industries across all borders. Using the extensive proprietary expertise and based on practical studies the development of new machines and processing techniques is a continuously ongoing process. This includes the development and testing of innovative measuring systems required for efficient preparation processes and complete quality assurance at our customers’ plants.
Well-established and alternative preparation processes and approaches are demonstrated to the customers by experienced test engineers at the Eirich technology center. Together the customer’s individual problems are analyzed and customized solutions are worked out taking into account the specific conditions on site. Once the rented or purchased machines and systems have been installed, they are commissioned on site by Eirich experts with longstanding practical experience. From their industrial experience gained over many years our customers directly benefit during commissioning and consulting. Our expert engineers thus help start-up at the customers’ to proceed swiftly and ensure optimal operation of the machines and systems right from the outset.
Also when a new process or a new machine is started-up, the customer will always get support through personal advice from the Eirich test experts and engineers. Absolute confidentiality in terms of customer-specific know-how is paramount at Eirich.
