The quality of your end product can never be better than the quality of the mixture!

The special Eirich mixing system comprises just 3 components. The way in which these components are used can be varied in a particularly flexible fashion when designing the mixing processes.

1. The rotating mixing pan, which delivers the mixture into the area of the mixing tools
2. One or more mixing tools arranged eccentrically which are capable of creating a counterflow or a cross-flow with optimized differences in speed
3. The stationary scraper tool, which provides a continuous vertical component in the mixture flow – it reliably prevents material build-up at the walls and the floor of the pan and accelerates the emptying process at the end of the mixing time.
